What We Look For:

• Executives with a track record of growing equity value.

• Hands-on leadership experience (preferably CEO, President, COO, or divisional GM roles).

• Comfort working in entrepreneurial environments with private equity backing.

• Strong industry expertise in sectors where we are actively investing.
